The Space
The Clifton Collab offers a cozy, home-like atmosphere designed to make your events feel both intimate and stylish. The space features beautiful hardwood floors and crisp white walls, creating a clean, versatile canvas for your personal touch. You'll find one restroom fully stocked with amenities, a dressing room for wardrobe changes, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, butcher block countertop, and kettle—perfect for hosting casual or formal gatherings.
The space is accented with lush greenery and lined with curtains, allowing for customizable backdrops or privacy. Folding tables and chairs are available upon selecting your date and time and our venue is fully equipped with WiFi to keep you connected. Weather permitting, guests can also enjoy the common-use gazebo just outside the front door, perfect for overflow seating, outdoor games, or photo opportunities.
Booking is simple—upon confirmation, you'll receive a unique door code, granting you easy access to the space at your convenience. Plus, we are always on location and ready to assist in any way, ensuring your event goes off without a hitch.

What is the capacity?
With a maximum capacity of 75 people, The Clifton Collab is ideal for hosting medium-sized events. For optimal enjoyment and comfort, we recommend keeping your guest list between 25-65 people to ensure everyone can move freely and make the most of the space’s inviting atmosphere.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand! Plans are in the works to knock out some walls and increase our capacity in the near future, so you can host even larger celebrations.
Does my booking include set up and tear down?
You’ll be granted access to the space 15 minutes before your reservation begins, allowing time to assess the space. To ensure enough time for you to set up for your event we do advise allotting time for set up in your reservation. At the end of your event, you’ll have up to 15 minutes to vacate the premises, giving you an stress-free wrap-up.
For checkout, we kindly ask that you complete a few simple tasks. We provide a clear list of these tasks to ensure a smooth and easy departure.
Do you allow alcohol?
We welcome alcohol at The Clifton Collab for your celebrations! However, please note that if alcohol is being sold during your event, it must be handled by a licensed and insured professional.
Additionally, please be aware of the local curfew in College Hill, which is 10 PM. We kindly ask that you plan your event accordingly to ensure the neighborhood curfew and noise limitations are abided by.

Do you offer tables and chairs?
At The Clifton Collab, we’ve got you covered with all the seating and table options you’ll need! We offer over 10 tables (6-8 feet) and up to 50 chairs to accommodate your guests. For your convenience, tables and chairs are available for an additional charge to ensure your event runs smoothly.

How many restrooms are available?
Currently, The Clifton Collab offers one well-stocked restroom for your guests' convenience. But we’re not stopping there! In the near future, we plan to expand our amenities to include an additional restroom complete with a deep basin sink, ice maker, and more.

Stay connected throughout your event with complimentary WiFi at The Clifton Collab! To enhance your experience, we also provide two mobile Bose Bluetooth speakers, allowing you to personalize your event’s soundtrack and set the perfect mood.
